Ingredients
3 tsp Serenity Tea Blend
1 cup milk (almond, oat, or dairy)
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of turmeric
Edible flower petals for garnish
Preparation
1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
2. Add the loose leaf tea in your preferred tea strainer or infuser. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally.
3. Strain the mixture to remove the tea.
4. Stir in the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and turmeric.
5. Pour into a mug and garnish with edible flower petals and a dusting more of cinnamon and turmeric (optional).
