Edible Flower Sugared White Chocolate Truffles

Yield 10-15 servings

 

Ingredients 

1 pkg Ghiradelli’s White Chocolate Vanilla Flavored Melting Wafers

1 pkg Blooming Kitchen Co Edible Flower Rimming Sugar

 

Preparation 

  1. Place wafers in top pan of a double boiler over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and melted. Do not allow water to boil.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into your desired silicone mold and spread evenly until mold is filled. Alternatively you can pour the chocolate straight onto a parchment lined sheet pan and smooth evenly to your desired thickness.
  3. While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the sugar mixture over the chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes or until chocolate has had a chance to completely cool and set up.
  4. Remove from mold and serve, enjoy with friends and loved ones!
