Ingredients
1 pkg Ghiradelli’s White Chocolate Vanilla Flavored Melting Wafers
1 pkg Blooming Kitchen Co Edible Flower Rimming Sugar
Preparation
- Place wafers in top pan of a double boiler over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and melted. Do not allow water to boil.
- Pour melted chocolate into your desired silicone mold and spread evenly until mold is filled. Alternatively you can pour the chocolate straight onto a parchment lined sheet pan and smooth evenly to your desired thickness.
- While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the sugar mixture over the chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes or until chocolate has had a chance to completely cool and set up.
- Remove from mold and serve, enjoy with friends and loved ones!
