A floral, citrus-kissed sangria with rosé, lavender, and edible flowers - infused with our Blossom Bliss tea for the perfect spring and summer gatherings.
Serves 10
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle rosé wine
- 4 cups Blossom Bliss Tea (strongly brewed, using 1 full 1 oz package of Blossom Bliss Tea per 4 cups of water)
- 1/4 cup lavender simple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup San Pellegrino (lime or lemon)
- 1/2 cup plain seltzer
- 1 orange, sliced into half moons
- 2 lemons, sliced into rounds
- 1 cup strawberries, stems removed, sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- Optional: zest of 1/2 lemon
Garnish:
- Edible Flowers (violas, rose petals, calendula, dianthus, etc.)
- Optional: fresh mint and lavender sprigs
Preparation:
- Brew the tea - steep the full 1 oz package of Blossom Bliss in 4 cups of just-boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Strain and chill completely.
- In a large pitcher, stir together the rose, chilled tea, lavender syrup, orange juice, San Pellegrino, and Seltzer.
- Stir in the sliced orange, lemon, strawberries, diced apple.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours to let the flavors infuse.
- Pour over ice in individual glasses. Garnish with edible flowers, fruit from the sangria, and fresh herbs of choice.
