Rosé Blossom Sangria

Rosé Blossom Sangria

A floral, citrus-kissed sangria with rosé, lavender, and edible flowers - infused with our Blossom Bliss tea for the perfect spring and summer gatherings. 

Serves 10 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 bottle rosé wine 
  • 4 cups Blossom Bliss Tea (strongly brewed, using 1 full 1 oz package of Blossom Bliss Tea per 4 cups of water)
  • 1/4 cup lavender simple syrup 
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup San Pellegrino (lime or lemon)
  • 1/2 cup plain seltzer
  • 1 orange, sliced into half moons
  • 2 lemons, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup strawberries, stems removed, sliced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • Optional: zest of 1/2 lemon

Garnish: 

  • Edible Flowers (violas, rose petals, calendula, dianthus, etc.)
  • Optional: fresh mint and lavender sprigs

Preparation: 

  1. Brew the tea - steep the full 1 oz package of Blossom Bliss in 4 cups of just-boiled water for 10-15 minutes. Strain and chill completely. 
  2. In a large pitcher, stir together the rose, chilled tea, lavender syrup, orange juice, San Pellegrino, and Seltzer. 
  3. Stir in the sliced orange, lemon, strawberries, diced apple. 
  4. Refrigerate 1-2 hours to let the flavors infuse. 
  5. Pour over ice in individual glasses. Garnish with edible flowers, fruit from the sangria, and fresh herbs of choice.
