Ingredients
- 1 tbsp loose leaf Serenity Tea Blend
- 6-8 oz hot water
- 4-6oz milk of choice
- 1/2-1 tsp honey or maple syrup (I love whipped lemon honey!)
- Optional- pinch of very finely ground Serenity Tea Blend (for dusting)
Hot Serenity Latte
- Steep Serenity tea to be strong. Use 6-8 oz water and steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove tea bag or tea strainer.
- Warm milk on stove then froth using a hand frother or whisk.
- Add honey or maple syrup to warm tea. Stir. Pour steamed & frother milk over top.
- Sprinkle top with very finely ground Serentiy or cinnamon (optional).
Iced Serenity Latte
- Steep Serenity strong with less water (about 4-6oz). Add sweetener if desired.
- Let it cool slightly and pour over ice.
- Add cold milk of choice. Shake or stir.
- Sprinkle top with finely ground Serenity or cinnamon (optional).
