These small-batch hibiscus caramels are handcrafted in collaboration with Sugar + Spoon Handmade Caramels and finished with Blooming Kitchen’s Edible Flower Fleur de Sel.

Soft, buttery, and delicately floral, each caramel melts slowly and is topped with mineral-rich sea salt hand-harvested from Île de Ré, France, infused with hibiscus, rose, calendula, and cornflower.

This collaboration brings together my love of edible flowers and the inspiration I found living in France - layering floral notes, rich caramel, and a subtle crunch of sea salt into one truly sensory experience.

Created in honor of Mother’s Day, this limited batch is made for gifting, sharing, and savoring.


Tastes like: soft, buttery caramel balanced with bright hibiscus and a delicate salty finish

Cane Sugar, Heavy Whipping Cream (cream), Salted Butter (pasteurized cream (from milk), sea salt), Non-High Fructose Corn Syrup (corn syrup, salt, vanilla extract (vanilla beans, water, ethyl alcohol)), Hibiscus Tea, Edible Flower Sea Salt (Fleur de Sel Sea Salt, Hibiscus Petals, Rose Petals, Calendula Petals (marigold), Blue Cornflower Petals).
